Overtime Bar & Restaurant is a neighborhood bar in Chiang Mai that mixes great food, craft drinks, live events, karaoke rooms and pool tables into one local hangout. Graphio designed and developed a custom restaurant website that captures the bar’s warm, industrial vibe and gives the team full control over menus, weekly specials, events and reservations. Built with a modern, performance-focused stack, the site supports table, karaoke and pool bookings, an event calendar, and a photo-led presentation of food, drinks and venue facilities.
Overtime already had a strong physical presence. The problem was translating that into a digital experience that actually works for customers and staff.
Show the real vibe, not just a menu
The venue is more than a bar. It is food, cocktails, pool tables, karaoke rooms, live music and events. The website needed to show that mix clearly, with good photography and a structure that lets people browse food, drinks, facilities, events and photos without confusion.
Unify reservations into one simple flow
Overtime takes bookings for different things:
Tables
Karaoke rooms
Pool tables
Event RSVPs and private events
Previously, this meant a lot of manual messaging and back-and-forth. The new site needed a single, clear booking form that could handle all these cases and still be simple for guests on their phones.
Give the team real content control
The bar runs weekly specials and regular events. Having to call a developer for every menu or event change was not an option. They needed:
A custom menu management system for food, drinks and weekly specials
A way to publish and manage events on a calendar
A friendly admin panel that staff can use without technical knowledge
Our role as Graphio, a web and app development agency based in Chiang Mai, was to build a restaurant website that behaves like a real digital front of house, not just an online flyer.
A Website That Works Like a Digital Front of House
Overtime now has:
A bilingual restaurant and bar website that clearly shows food, drinks, facilities and events with strong photography and structure.
A central reservation form that handles tables, karaoke, pool and event RSVPs in one place, instead of scattered messages.
A menu and event system that staff can update weekly without waiting on a developer.
For guests, it is easy to see the vibe, check what is on, and book a night out.
For Graphio, this project demonstrates how our Chiang Mai based web and app development team turns a local bar into a fully functioning digital product, with a custom restaurant CMS, reservations, and event management that actually fit how the venue operates in real life.
