Kelly Agro had a serious factory and product but almost no digital footprint — no website at all, while competing suppliers were already easy to find online. And they had a real story to tell: family-owned since the late 1990s, sitting in Northern Thailand next to the best longan, a "simply dehydrated, nothing else" approach, HACCP and other certifications, and a 5-touchpoint quality system.
They also sell to more than one kind of buyer: B2B importers who care about industrial volume and traceability, and retail and OEM partners after finished product or private label. So the brief was to turn decades of manufacturing know-how into a clear, credible corporate site — one that shows the quality, traceability and processing steps rather than just a logo and a brochure link — on a fast, secure, scalable Next.js stack a non-technical team can still manage.
We started by mapping the key messages that had to be front and centre:
From this we structured the site around a few core pages and sections:
Everything is written and structured for search engines and humans at the same time, reinforcing phrases like “dehydrated longan manufacturer,” “industrial scale, artisanal manufacturing” and “Northern Thailand longan.”
Using Figma, we built wireframes and full UI layouts before touching code. Focus points:
To avoid the usual “generic stock factory” look, we integrated real photography from Kelly’s production line:
We implemented the site using Next.js, consistent with Graphio’s standard front end stack:
Content is structured in a way that Kelly’s team can update texts, links and news without needing a full rebuild, which keeps maintenance practical for a small corporate team.
Kelly Agro now has a modern corporate site that tells a coherent story — who they are, where they're based, and how they guarantee quality — and positions them as a Northern Thailand manufacturer of dehydrated longan with industrial capacity and traceable processes. It looks credible to the export partners, OEM clients and buyers who find them online or after a trade-show meeting.
It surfaces what B2B buyers actually check: certificates, traceability, the 5-touchpoint quality system, the process from raw material to packed product, and links to product brochures and OEM info. That takes the friction out of early conversations, because the site already answers "who are you and how do you work".
And it's a base to build on. Centred on "manufacturer of dehydrated longan" and related terms, Kelly now has real ground for organic search, with a Next.js architecture and component system that leave room to add products, expand the news and events section with trade-show updates, or add languages for specific markets. A clean example of taking a factory with almost no online presence and turning it into a serious, export-ready corporate site.
